Please note that the property does not allow a group of more than 8 people. In case of a group of 4 or more, you might be purposefully allotted different dorm rooms.

Further, if the group behaviour is deemed unfit at the property, the Zostel property manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action, which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds.

Please note that guests under 18 years old are not allowed in shared dormitories and must book a private room. We do not recommend families.

Please note that all guests need to provide a valid government-issued ID at check-in. No local IDs shall be accepted at the time of check-in.

Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property.

We believe in self-help and do not provide luggage assistance or room services.

Drugs and any substance abuse are strictly banned inside and around the property.

All foreign nationals are required to present their original passport along with a valid visa upon arrival for verification.

Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited within the hostel premises.

All guests are advised to secure their belongings at all times. The property is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
