Our standard check-in time is 13:00, and the standard check-out time is 10:00. Please note that early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may also attract an additional fee at the property's discretion.

We strictly do not allow a group of more than 8 people. In case of a group of 4 or more, you might be purposefully allotted different dorm rooms. Further, if the group behavior is deemed unfit at the property, the Zostel Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action, which may also result in an on-spot cancelation without refunds.

Children below 18 years of age are not permitted to enter or stay at any of our hostels, with or without guardians. We do not recommend families.

Please note that all guests need to provide a government ID at check-in as valid identification proof. No local IDs shall be accepted at check-in.

Please note that visitors are not permitted to access the hostel campus.

We believe in self-help and do not provide luggage assistance or room services.

Drugs and any substance abuse are strictly banned inside and around the property.

Quiet Hours are from 22:00 to 06:00.

All guests are advised to secure their belongings at all times. The property is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

Alcohol consumption is permitted at the premises as per the property’s discretion and local laws. Outside alcohol is not allowed. Guests are requested to reach out to the property prior to arrival for confirmation.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
