You’re close to the harbour for scenic walks and boat-watching, and it’s easy to pop into local cafés and restaurants after a day outside. For a relaxed end to the day, Segull 67 Brewery is a local favourite for craft beer and a laid-back atmosphere. For adventure, Siglufjörður is known for hiking in the surrounding mountains (routes range from easy walks to more challenging mountain trails with big views). In winter, the town is also a great spot for skiing and snowboarding, and the local ski area in Skarðsdalur is well-equipped with multiple lifts and a ski lodge. If you want to get out on the water, the fjord is also a beautiful place for a guided kayaking tour.
