Quietly located 3.1 mi from Iceland's Ring Road and 8.1 mi from Lake Mývatn, this family-run guest house offers views over Sandfell Mountain. On-site facilities include 2 hot tubs and a communal TV lounge. Free WiFi is available in the common areas. Set on a working farm, Guest house Stöng’s simply furnished rooms all have views over the scenic countryside. Each has a washbasin, desk and wardrobe. Bathroom facilities are shared. Breakfast and dinner are served in Stöng’s restaurant with bar. Myvatn Nature Baths with its natural steam baths and bathing lagoon is 19 mi from the guest house. Akureyri town center is about 1 hours’ drive away. Nature watching, hiking and fishing are other common area activities.
