This two-story, four bedroom apartment is located in Húsavík - the whale watching capital of Iceland. Featuring two balconies and an ocean view, it is the perfect spot to enjoy a beautiful sunset or, if you are lucky, see auroras fill the sky. There´s free parking and WiFi, a well-equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster fridge, microwave and a coffee machine. You can relax in a spacious living room after a long day of sightseeing. The apartment also has a private bathroom. Towels are provided. During the summer season (May-October), breakfast is served from 7.15-10.00 in Húsavík Cape Hotel and guests staying in the apartment can join for free. There are also discounts for whale watching, Jaja Ding Dong bar, Eurovision Exhibition and Exploration Museum.
The owner of the apartment is Gunnar Hnefill Örlygsson. He is an Icelandic entrepreneur and hotelier, also running the Húsavík Cape Hotel and Jaja Ding Dong Bar. This apartment has been in the family since the very beginning and we are now proud to be able to host guests here in Húsavík, our hometown.
The property is in a quiet area, only a few hundred meters from the grocery store. Just a ten minute walk will get you to the famous church and whale watching area. Laundry service is possible in Húsavík Cape Hotel for a fee. We offer discounts for Whale Watching, Jaja Ding Dong Bar and the Húsavík Eurovision Exhibition.
