Litla-Sandfell Guesthouse is a welcoming, family-run guesthouse located on our working farm in the peaceful valley of Skriðdalur, East Iceland, only 20 km from Egilsstaðir.
Hosted by Sverrir and Brynja, the guesthouse offers a relaxed countryside atmosphere surrounded by nature. The house features four comfortable double rooms, two shared bathrooms, and a cozy shared lounge for guests to unwind. A delicious breakfast buffet is included with every stay.
Our location is ideal for exploring some of East Iceland’s most popular natural and cultural attractions, including Stuðlagil Canyon, Háifoss, Skriðuklaustur, Puffin Island and Hallormsstaðaskógur National Forest.
