These self check-in and self-catering cottages are 35 square meters (375 square feet) plus a 20 m2 patio. Great location if you want to be able to access Skaftafell National Park and Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon without having an excessive drive in either direction. There's a 15 minutes drive to Skaftafell and a 30 minutes drive to Jökulsárlón and Diamond Beach. Great place to stay for those going on hikes in the area or doing glacier tours. Located just off the ring road.
Best suited for a couple, a couple with a kid or a small group of friends. Maximum occupancy is 3 guests (regardless of age). Note that it may feel cramped for 3 adults.

The Öræfi region is renowned for its diverse landscape and is well suited for a few days’ stay. The area boasts of national parks and nature reserves; vibrant woodlands, majestic waterfalls, mighty mountains, giant glaciers, iceberg lagoons, black sand beaches, moss land, birdlife and the list goes on. You’d be hard pressed to find more variety in natural scenery.
