Located in a privileged position, it offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the valley, the river and the impressive surrounding mountains, which can be admired from the three large sunny balconies, perfect for enjoying natural light from morning until the last ray of sunshine and magnificent sunsets.
The interiors are characterized by fine finishes, such as the sloping roof in bleached fir wood with glazed dormers, the wooden partitions and the oak floors, which create a warm, elegant and welcoming atmosphere. The bathroom is modern and functional, equipped with a washing machine and a skylight that ensures natural light and air exchange.
The living room is large and bright, with a modern and fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and coffee machine, ideal for those who love to prepare their meals. The double room, with its sloping roof, has a private balcony and has a flat-screen TV, as does the living room. The bedroom with bunk beds is a real corner of relaxation, thanks to the Hydrosoft bio-sauna, perfect for regenerating after a day spent outdoors.
To complete the structure, a heated locker with key lock for safe storage of skis and boots, as well as a large exclusive garage, which guarantees comfortable and protected parking.
