Bruno an architect has restored Fontenuova with Love and style using materials that nature provides, the Casale is partially open plan but totally rustic as Tuscan farmhouses should be, decorated with many interesting things from Bruno's travels around the world for all to enjoy.

Our Farm is an Organic Farm and we live an Organic, natural lifestyle, respecting nature as we live in an unspoilt eco system full of wildlife and insects, we are a working farm with organic veg patch, olives and vinyard, so we are busy all year round striving to be more and more green orientated. We are Green leaders, so we do not run like a hotel, we rent rooms but expect our guests to participate in respecting the eco system around us, being careful with the selection of rubbish and making as little as possible. Eating healthily and basicly enjoying the amazing views and country side around Saturnia and natural activities it has to offer. We do not have room service, the rooms are self catering with kitchenettes, we offer all the linen but do not change it every day, we change once a week but the guests can use a laundry and other facilities. We do this as we consider changing rooms after 2 days a complete waste of time and products all of which do not help the eco system. We wish for you to come to Fontenuova to enjoy this wonderful place and want like minded people to stay here, who are able to detach themselves from the city life and relax in the pure nature of Maremma. Animals are welcome in every unit with exception for the glamping tent

Fonenuova is situated in the Albegna Valley 600 m from Saturnia down an ancient Roman Road, its a beautiful haven for all the family, children can enjoy exploring natural surroundings walking on our natural country paths down to the river where they can swim, we have pools and games to enjoy and communal eating areas in summer. We are 1.5k to the famous spa waterfalls and Terme and 50min from the spectacular natural coastline or our lovely mount Amiata. Saturnia has many shops selling local produce or you can go to Manciano to the Supermarket. We have amazing historical sites to visit at a short distance, some of Italy's prettiest villages not to mention the food and wine...we have it all, naturally! #Maremma #tuscany
