We are an Italian family run Agriturismo farm that specialises in olives and extra virgin olive oil, set in the stunning southern Italian countryside 13 km outside of Matera. Instead of a classic hotel, we offer people a simple and rustic stay that focuses on enjoying the peace and tranquility of the incredible Italian countryside. We can arrange a whole host of experiences for guests upon request including authentic dinner experiences, cooking classes with the local ‘Matera Cooking Class’ team as well as arranging guided tours of Matera and the Sassi. More information about our experiences can be found on Google and our website.

This Agriturismo offers farmhouse accommodation set amongst beautiful olive groves and orange trees with an idyllic landscape. What’s more, it’s near the special ‘Matera Cooking Class’ experience that is fast becoming one of the most special culinary experiences available to visitors in the entire region.

Neighborhood info

Our family farmhouse is set amongst the peace and tranquillity of a nature reserve that features woodlands and a huge lake. With local villages only a short 5-10 minute drive away and the main attraction of Matera only a 20 minute drive away, our neighbourhood offers the perfect location to experience the more authentic side to Italy - away from the crowds.
