Our names are Salvatore and Lucia, and together with our son Giovanni and daughter Barbara we run S’Ozzastru, our hospitality property in Dorgali. We come from a sheep-farming family in the Dorgali tradition and in 2000 we decided to take a new “path” and create an additional side to the business which would allow us to expand, develop and give a brand new perspective of a farm which has existed through generations. Looking forward to seeing you!

S’Ozzastru (which means “oleaster” in Dorgali dialect) takes its name from the many oleasters that grow wild on the farm. The business is divided into 2 sectors: livestock farming, which is the main pillar of our lives and essential for our activity, and tourism sector where we can welcome our guests. “By creating S’Ozzastru, we wanted to share our way of life: a life of simplicity and devotion to work, nature, our animals and our land!” Visitors choosing S’Ozzastru should be looking for peace, tranquillity, simplicity and relax, all rolled into one….. Neighborhood info

Our property is located in the countryside but has a favorable position to spend the holidays between the vitality of the nearby beaches and the relaxation of the surrounding nature; there are two beautiful coves (the beautiful beaches of Osalla and Cartoe) absolutely to visit 10-15 minutes by car from us, 6 km from Dorgali, 7 km from Galtellì, 13 km Cala Gonone and 12 km from Orosei ... in a few minutes drive you can reach all the beaches in the area !! Near the farm there are also the Ispinigoli Caves at 2 km, the Museum Park "S 'Abba Frisca" at 4 km, the Dolmen of Mottorra at 3 km, the Nuragic Village of Serra Orrios at 10 km, Tombs of the Giants at 12 km, the archaeological and naturalistic sites of Tiscali and Gorroppu. We make use of the collaboration of local operators for various services such as excursions, car rentals, scooters, kayaks, horse riding, mini cruises on the gulf, etc ..
