Newly renovated master bedroom with double bed and desk, bathroom with large independent shower and inside the room plus walk-in closet, inserted in a living environment of my family, independent access. The environment is inserted in a rural house of the early 1900s completely restored and with all the services like water, energy, wi-fi internet connection. Below I send you some directions to get to us: when you arrive in Molina di Quosa take the Via Panoramica Sandro Pertini, go up for about 3 km. where you will find a small group of houses, continue again for 100 ml. about and you will find a small church on the right, after 50 ml. on the right you will find a small road with the AGULA sign. Go straight and continue on the paved road and you will arrive in front of our gate, park the car on the right and ring the bell on the left column.

We are a family composed of me and my husband and 2 beautiful dogs, Semola and Mirtilla, and we have lived here since 2008, and we are happy and proud to live in every season in this truly unique environment of peace and serenity. We love peace and tranquility, we like to spend our free moments away from the chaos and the daily bustle and immerse ourselves, even if for a few hours, in an oasis immersed in the green hills of Pisa. I am a 'real' artisan, in the sense that I have a small creative sewing workshop near the house where I work and create my ideas every day. My husband is a freelancer and a great lover of tennis and an amateur cycle, so there is also the possibility of being able to go on excursions accompanied by him.

The environment is located in the green hills of Pisa, 200 ml. high above sea level, easily accessible by any means of asphalt road to the entrance of the structure. We are 10 km from the Leaning Tower of Pisa, 10 km from the center of Lucca, 18 km from the sea, 30 km from Viareggio, 40 km from Forte dei Marmi, 90 km from Florence. The main services, such as buses and the train station, are 2 km away and can be traveled on either by car or motorbike or on foot along a scenic road immersed in the typical Pisan forest composed largely of chestnut and pine trees, where it is possible to enjoy a sea view up to Corsica.
