The apartment is located in the historic center, and guest access is secure and private. The main door and the apartment's private door are equipped with a code lock that will be provided to you on the day of your arrival in Udine. The apartment is equipped with every comfort for a few days of leisure or work, with the convenience of being able to get around on foot, with all services nearby. THE HOUSE This fully renovated apartment features a kitchen complete with an induction stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and dishwasher, as well as a fridge-freezer and a comfortable extendable table. The living area is also air-conditioned. THE BEDROOM A bedroom with a double bed, complete with sheets and a warm duvet. Soft lighting can be adjusted with a remote control in the room. For the third guest, the sofa bed will be fully prepared with everything needed for the night. THE BATHROOM The private bathroom is equipped with everything you need for your relaxation, including a glass shower, shower gel and shampoo dispensers, a hair dryer, and towels for each guest. LAUNDRY ROOM There's also a laundry room, where you can hang out your clothes without having to leave the house. It features a washing machine, dryer, and an iron with an ironing board. THE TERRACE A panoramic terrace overlooking the historic center, yet private to passersby. Ideal for enjoying breakfast or a snack outdoors. You'll find tables and chairs for outdoor use.

Traditional Friulian restaurants, nightclubs, and, most importantly, supermarkets and pharmacies are very close to the accommodation. I'll always be happy to recommend the perfect place for your vacation, both in Udine and the surrounding area. Not to mention the wonderful cultural excursions to Cividale del Friuli, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Aquileia, the "Second Rome," and Palmanova, the star-shaped city. Seaside holidays in Friuli include Lignano, located on a peninsula between the lagoon, the Tagliamento River, and the Adriatic Sea, and the splendid Grado, known as the "Golden Island." The Collio region, with its inimitable wines, and nearby Slovenia. And don't forget Carnia, an hour's drive away, with its splendid Alps and Dolomites, all within the Friuli Venezia Giulia region.
