Please in case of ceck in in the same day..contact me at my mobile phone !! The property has an independent gate with remote control Inside the accommodation there is a Queen bed on the ground floor and a futon upstairs under the roof for the children. The maximum occupancy is for 2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult. There are a built-in with tiles kitchen and a spacious bathroom with a shower. There is a garden where your pet can find a safe place to move and which will give you the deserved privacy. Facilities are: A/C, pellet stove, and WI-FI. Just outside the accommodation there is a porch with huge fireplace where the guests can dine at the candle's light facing the garden or relax down in the traditional furnished basement dated the end of 1800 tasting some local wine enjoying totally your vacation. If necessary the guests who travel with camper can recharge batteries plugging them to the electric net and dump the sewage. There's also chance to pitch a tent in the backyard. It will be my pleasure to suggest to the guests of all best cultural itineraries, entertainment activities, best beaches where to swim.

The property is surrounded by a green garden. Best features are relaxing sunny lazy days followed by silent quiet nights with fresh and clean air with no moisture at all. In a few minute by walk the guests can find a bakery, a supermarket, a pharmacy and a gas station. There is n. 44 bus stop just in front of the house with direction to Trieste downtown (14km/30min.) The property is an ideal position for those who desire to visit Carso area and to know the culture of the wine in the Osmizze, to visit Trieste city and all her surroundings. Few kilometers by the property guests can visit Cona island, a protected wildlife park where are horses from Camargue. Just 35 km furthermore guests can go to visit the stunning city of Grado. The guests who love mountain bike can find a multitude of tracks! In just 30 minutes walking (2 km) the guests can reach the dock of Aurisina through a splendid pedestrian path on the coast from which they can enjoy of a stunning sightseeing of the entire gulf of Trieste, the mouth of the Isonzo river and the Grado peninsula and her beautiful lagoon. There are many other panoramic paths starting all around the house.
