House in the private garden of a villa from the 1100s. Completely renovated in 2023, also with a view to energy efficiency, and equipped with every comfort. The house has: double room, twin room, entrance hall, living room with TV and fantastic views, large kitchen with table, bathroom with shower and washing machine. Each room is equipped with air conditioning. All windows have a built-in mosquito net. SMART TV 43 inches . The kitchen is equipped with many appliances, induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer. We provide soaps and other useful materials so our guests don't have to buy anything. Furnished with rustic furniture from the Tuscan countryside, it can accommodate up to 4 people. Siena and Florence can be reached in 30 minutes by car. From the windows priceless views of the Chianti countryside. An ideal opportunity for a fabulous stay in the Chiati countryside.
My guests are always welcome for any needs. We are physically present during July-August and occasionally during the other months. However, I can always be reached on my mobile phone or by e-mail. I work in IT security and enjoy sports and travelling. I love doing manual maintenance work in my country house.
Ama is a fraction of the Italian municipality of Gaiole in Chianti, in the province of Siena, Tuscany. It is a small medieval village surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and forests. There is a restaurant in the village and a permanent exhibition of modern art with operas of great artistic value.
