ABOUT THE PROPERTY We are located within a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), where access by car is not permitted, not even for unloading luggage. The nearest parking areas are Stadio-Fortezza (paid parking) and Il Campino (free parking). Access to the main entrance and the room is provided via a code, which will be communicated in advance. Please note that the check-in time should be considered indicative. If you arrive late in the evening, we kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum in order not to disturb other guests staying at the property. Passports and/or identity documents for all guests must be submitted online prior to arrival. Verification is carried out through security cameras. This property is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties or similar events.
