The accuracy in the details and having the full and reserved availability of the apartment and / or room makes you feel at home, this is what we want our customers to warn during their stay in our structure. The possibility of using the kitchen at all hours of the day and night, including the refrigerator, being undisturbed, not being the owners present on site, having the structure as if you were in your own home, having it available since check -in the keys for entry to it, Privacy and contact with other tenants is preserved by having all the entrances to the structure separated from each other, including the external appurtenances to it, garden and parking space. There is the possibility of doing the laundry with the washing machine and being able to hang it for drying with the clothesline both inside and outside. SERVICES OFFERED in the price: every two days the change of the towel set and every 5 days the sheets and pillowcases will be replaced. COD. IUN: P3092. P3093, P3094, R6010

The Anaelehouse is located in the historic center of the city, near by (within a radius of 50 to 200 meters) bars restaurants Museum banks post offices and shopping center and Town Hall main square and church. Arborea is about 12 km from Oristano. Arborea located in the center of the Gulf of Oristano is far from the sandy beaches of its own territory, bordered by endless pine forests, about 2 km that can also be traveled by bicycle through the cycle path that winds for 60 km throughout the rural reclamation of Arborea. Its geographical position identifies it as a landing and stay destination from which it is easy and ideal to reach the marine areas, in the NORTH just 10 km, the COSTA VERDE marine locations: (Pistis, Torre dei Corsari; Golden Sands; Piscinas , Flumentorgiu, Funtanazza; Scivu; Porto Palma Sant'Antonio and Bugerru), SOUTH beyond the beach of Oristano called Torre Grande 15 Km, the beaches of the SINIS 17/20 Km marine locations: (Mari Elmi; San Giovanni di Sinis; Putzu Idu; Is Aruttas; Su Pallos; Mai Moni etc. etc.).
