Antico Borgo Etneo is a restored Country House of 1800, surrounded by a big orange lemon and olive trees, in a strategic position between Taormina and Etna. The structure is environmentally and animal-friendly. The Farm offers offers an amazing Etna view, and a beautiful view of the sea of Giardini Naxos and Taormina. Guests can relax in the beautiful garden of roses and jasmine, and walk in the big garden all around the farm. Antico Borgo offers the possibility of a 1,3 km footing rail among the garden. There is a big Patio and a Terrace surronded by hundred years Olive and Mulberry trees where guests can enjoy Etna and Taormina view. The breakfast/restaurant room is situated in the fascinating wine cellar made of lava stones. The Farm produces organic fruits and vegetables, honey and olive oil, and guests will enjoy all the organic food served for breakfast and dinner. All the rooms are in the old farmhouse, have original sicilian decor and furniture and lava stone walls. The rooms are all different with sea or garden or Etna view, some rooms have balcony. Antico Borgo is strategically situated near to the Alcantara Valley (15 km) and is an ideal starting point for Etna Tour. From the hotel Is possible to reach Taormina in 10 minutes by car, and is very close to Isola Bella, to Giardini Naxos (2km), to Acireale and Catania. It is also possible reach Siracusa in 1 h and 15 min. and Catania or Messina in 50 minutes.
