Dear Guests, My name is Eliana, and I and my husband Cristian will be very happy to have you in one of our houses in Alghero. We always dreamt to live in a place close to nature and to the sea. We decided to move to the beautiful Sardinia island, where Cristian was born many years before..and so at the end our dreams came true. We use to live all the year in one of the houses of the podere, so we are always available for any need or help. We will also be very happy to advise you about what to visit in the area, also beautiful places not very known. Thank you very much if you will choose us, Eliana and Cristian.

The Cala Viola estate is the perfect destination for those who are looking for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature, but would like to reach the many wonders of the area in a few minutes. Immersed in the Porto Conte natural park area and just 2 km from the beautiful Baia di Conte beach, in Alghero, Sardinia, The Cala Viola estate offers 5 indipendent cozy houses derived from the renovation of an old farm built in the 40’s. In the midst of olive trees and fruit trees, the houses are located on the ground floor and have one/two private patios, where you can have your dinner wondering nature and peace. You can also try our fruits, directly from the plants. And if you are lucky you can also see sometimes a fallow deer approaching nearby. In the garden there are a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi and a barbecue area for the exclusive use of guests. The Lisci family has also thought to an outdoor play area. In the podere there’s also a laundry area with low environmental impact washingmachines. In the house you will find organic cotton towels (GOTS certified), bed linen (100% cotton OEKO-TEX), and tablecloth. Ecological household and washingmachine detergents are also available for free.

Neighborhood info

The Cala Viola Podere is very close to the most beautiful beaches of the area (Cala Viola and Cala Porticciolo 1 minute by car, Mugoni beach 2 minutes, Le Bombarde, il Lazzaretto and Porto Ferro 5 minutes). Nearby other areas of interest, such as Capo Caccia and the Neptune cave or the nuragic complex of Palmavera ( 5 minutes by car). The Alghero historic center is also easily reachable in 15 minutes by car / bus. The Alghero / Fertilia Airport is at about 7 km and the nearest port (Porto Torres) is reachable in 25 minutes. Stintino and its famous beach “La Pelosa”is reachable in 40 minutes by car going north, while going south it’s possible to visit the colourful city of Bosa. A grocery market, a diving center, a chemist’s and numerous farmhouses and restaurants are nearby. If you like local products, many farmers near here also sell their fresh fruits and vegetables. You can also find excellent wines in the famous wine cellar of Santa Maria la Palma ( 5 km).
