Property for exclusive use Anticopozzo is made up of two barns with a surface of 160 sq.m. with 2 double and 2 twin bedrooms plus a double sofa bed and 4 bathrooms, for a total of 10 people. it offers a swimming pool and a terrace with gazebo, plus private areas. Both apartments have central heating, air conditioning, satellite TV and free WiFi Internet connection. The garden, completely fenced, surrounds the house on three sides. The private swimming pool (open from 1/4 to 27/10) is 7 metres by 4 with a depth of 0.8-1.6 metres. The first barn is on two floors: the ground high floor has a living room, a kitchen fully equipped; 2 bathrooms with shower and a small laundry room with washing machine. Leading down to the lower floor are six steps; here you will find 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room with outdoor access. The second barn has a small kitchen, a dining room and an open loft which has a living area with satellite TV, fireplace and double sofa bed. Rounding up the ground floor are a twin bedded room, 1 bathroom/shower and a laundry room with washing machine. The first floor has a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The house is accessible via a 500m gravel road in good condition.
