Our customers are personally assisted by our international service team and we are also there for you during your holiday. +++ For over 20 years, we are putting great emphasis on personal and consistent relationships with our hosts and guests. It is only through our reliable cooperation that several thousand landlords trust us, for whom we realise bookings every day. +++ After booking, you will receive the booking confirmation from us on behalf of the landlord with all details of the booking, the property description and the payment information. +++ After receiving your down payment (25%) and the final payment (approx. 4-6 weeks before the start of the rental), we will send you the rental voucher with all the information for check-in. +++ In the event that a booking needs to be cancelled, please cancel via the customer page of Booking. Payable on the spot: air conditioning 10 EUR per object per day. final cleaning of the kitchen (if not performed by the tenant) 50 EUR per object per stay. local tax by local tariff (if charged). On request: Late arrival after 21 pm 50 EUR per object per stay. late check-out 15% per object per stay. Pets: allowed, EUR 50.00/pet per week.
