Relax with family or friends in this newly built quiet apartment, equipped with all amenities and whirlpool pool. The house has a large outdoor area, to have lunch overlooking the Maremma or dine under a starry sky. Composed of three rooms, with 5 beds, two bathrooms, living area with kitchenette equipped with all appliances (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, refrigerator, freezer and coffee machine capsules). The house is located on a gentle hill in the village of Castiglione della Pescaia, with panoramic views of a corner of the Tuscan Maremma. The sea is about 900 meters, most of it in the plain, while the center and the medieval village about 700m. Both are easily reached on foot or by bike. The nearest supermarkets are 200 meters from the apartment.
Me or one of my collaborators will come to welcome you directly upon your arrival, and will be happy to describe the apartment before letting you enjoy the holiday.
The residential district is newly built (late 2022), a few hundred meters from the historic center, surrounded by greenery and away from urban chaos. The location of the house in a slight hill at the gates of the village center, allows you to move easily both on foot or by bicycle or electric scooter, to reach the historic center and the beach, as they are a few hundred meters away and therefore reachable in a few minutes.
