House Brubelpi is 200 m far from the beach in Grado Pineta. All the apartments have a living room with couch bed, a cooking area, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a large balcony ideal for eating outside during summer. There is a lift from ground. The larger apartments for 6 persons have a second bedroom either with bunk bed or double bed. ATTENTION: bed-linen, towels and final cleaning not included in the price and eventually bookable separately. Grado Pineta is a quiet area, 4 km far from the historical town centre, to which is linked by busses and a bicycle lane along the beach. Grado Pineta has all the essential services, such as supermarket, backery, pharmacy, cafés, restaurants, newspapers' shop, tobacco shop, clothes' shops. There are some bathhouses with beach stands and restaurants, some areas of free beach where people can place their own sun-umbrellas and sunbeds, and also the dog beach "Snoopy" for our furry friends. In the area "Largo Punta Barbacale" many activities take place, like entertaning nights with the circus, choire performances, group dances, kids' stories reading and much more. The beach is sandy with shallow water, and is very appreciated by families with small children which can play safely; water is very clean and presents a variety of seagrass and water animals, which have granted us the "Bandiera Blu" (blue flag) for many years already.
