The apartment is located in an early 1900s building and has just been renovated and furnished. All rooms overlook a private garden with a 4 * 6 mini-pool equipped with hydromassage. In the garden it is possible to have meals on a wooden table and seats. The apartment is in an industrial chic style with gray concrete as the protagonist (floor, textured walls and applique). The vaults are all pavilion. The bedroom is equipped with TV and home teather and Sky system. Adjacent to it is a beautiful bathroom. The apartment is completed by an entrance and a lounge / pr on the other hand they give onto a kitchen equipped with an induction hob. The swimming pool is not heated.
I live in the same building and I will be happy to give you information on Lecce and its coasts. People who come for illegal purposes are not welcome
