110 sqm apartment in a residential area in Matera, with independent access and private parking space. Construction of 2015, therefore a new and avant-garde structure. The apartment consists of a large entrance hall with kitchen, an area used as a living room and a room, in an open space divided by an elegant marble fireplace. Equipped with all comforts including an outdoor terrace, 2 TVs, Wi-Fi, large shower.
