With all essential services just steps away and Siena reachable in only 15 minutes, it is the perfect base for both relaxation and sightseeing. The apartment (approx. 80 sqm) is set on the second and top floor of a quiet building equipped with an elevator. This bright and airy home boasts two private balconies, one of which offers a lovely view of the "Parco dell'Acqua" (Water Park). The surrounding area is ideal for nature walks, outdoor sports, or family fun in the nearby playground.
