Our agency has been renting this villa and other properties for the last 25 years. We like to take care of our customers, to accommodate them in the greatest possible comfort and we are happy to welcome them as frequent and regular customers, who book every year because they feel followed in their every need: the holiday is important for everyone. Our property management team is able to solve any problem that may arise during the holiday in the shortest possible time

Property info

The apartment for rent is located on the first and last floor of a seafront villa, with access via a shared internal staircase. The living room is bright and tastefully furnished, equipped with table, chairs, double sofa bed and TV, with a large window overlooking the sea and access to a balcony equipped with table and chairs. The separate kitchen is renovated and complete with dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and capsule coffee machine, furthermore the kitchen leads to a service balcony with washing machine. The two bedrooms at the back overlook a private courtyard and are equipped with large windows which make the rooms very bright. The bathroom has a practical shower cubicle. The apartment has two uncovered parking spaces located inside a private courtyard, a fast and unlimited Wi-Fi connection, and air conditioning available in both the bedrooms and the living room. The location is quiet, with direct access to the sea via a private driveway. Ideal for those looking for a comfortable residence in a suggestive marine setting. Location and Distances: 20 meters from the sea, 250 meters from the shops, 700 meters from the centre. * Pets are allowed on request at the time of booking, a supplement and security deposit will be required.

Neighborhood info

Castiglione della Pescaia is the most famous tourist resort on the south coast of the Maremma: a combination of nature, sea, cultural and artistic heritage to visit which make it unique in its kind. The medieval castle dominates the village and the ancient streets to which it belongs can be visited especially in the evening to enjoy enchanting sunsets and the sea breeze. This seaside resort is suitable both for those who want a relaxing holiday and for lovers of sport and active life. There are many bars and restaurants suitable for every budget, and the beaches are equipped with bathing establishments where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas, surf and paddle. You can easily move around on foot because the distances are short, or by bicycle along one of the many cycle paths. And for those who want to explore nearby places, there is a wide choice of Etruscan archaeological sites (Vetulonia and Roselle), the Maremma Natural Park, or cities like Siena (1 hour by car), Florence (1 hour and a half) . An excursion to the islands of the Tuscan archipelago is also recommended, with mini cruises leaving every day from the port of Castiglione.
