Studio apartment on the ground floor comprising kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower and a bedroom. Centrally located only 450 meters from both the sea and the city center. The property is equipped with air conditioning, free wifi, TV, washing machine and dryer.
HI! My name is Marc. I offer a nice and modern studio flat on the ground floor that has been created from a former commercial activity. Within walking distance are the wonderful beaches and center of Terracina. Renovated in 2021, it was only the following year that I managed to make all my services available to allow an enjoyable and relaxing holiday to the fullest without the need to use a car because everything you need (restaurants, bars, supermarkets , pub, pharmacy...) is within walking distance.
The apartment is located in a residential neighborhood with all of the amenities that the city center has to offer such as pharmacy, supermarkets and coffee shops. The beaches are only a 10 minute walk away, as well as the nightlife and the historical center. The port of Terracina, only a 15 minute walk, serves the island of Ponza which makes for a great day trip. Street parking around the apartment is free of charge but availability is limited during the high season. Kindly contact me when you plan to arrive and I will provide alternative parking suggestions should they be necessary.
