This modernly furnished three-room apartment is located in Roseto Capo Spulico (Calabria), at Via Sibari 42, second floor, 100 meters from the beach and close to all major amenities (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc.). It comprises a living room with kitchen (equipped with various utensils, oven, and refrigerator), a bathroom (with shower, bidet, and hairdryer), two double bedrooms, a double sofa bed, and two balconies. The apartment also includes air conditioning, a washing machine, and a television. For your convenience, towels and bed linens can be provided upon request for a fee. Pets are not allowed. Bookings are possible from March to November with a minimum stay of three nights. Since 2025, the Municipality of Roseto Capo Spulico has introduced a tourist tax, which must be paid separately.
