Entire apartment a stone's throw from the municipal villa. The apartment consists of: ✔️ entrance to the dining room with kitchenette (equipped with dishes, plates, glasses, cups, pans, pots, coffee pods; ✔️ terrace-style balcony with relaxation area where smoking is allowed; ✔️ room with double bed, single sofa bed, 32" flat screen TV, wardrobe, chest of drawers, air conditioning, comfortable bathroom with shower, washing machine, hairdryer and sanitary facilities. On request it is possible to use a high chair and a cot for babies. Set of towels, linen and welcome kit for the bathroom. Located in a strategic area, 5 minutes on foot from the "Santi Medici" station for Bari and for the "Karol Wojtyla" airport, 2 minutes on foot towards the city center and historic centre, 4 minutes by car towards the motorway exit. Within 100 meters there are all the necessary services such as Pharmacy, Tobacconist, Supermarket, Bar, Pizzeria, ATM, Electric car charging station. Distance to places of interest: ✔️ Bari center 15 Km, ✔️Airport 8Km, ✔️Matera 50 Km, ✔️ Polignano a mare 50Km, ✔️Trani 35 Km.
