Spacious and bright apartment, recently renovated and equipped with every comfort, ideal for families or groups (4+ guests) looking for a convenient and strategic base. Bari is just a 10-minute drive or a 15-minute train ride away, with the station only 150 meters from the house and very easy street parking right outside. The house overlooks the town on one side and the countryside on the other, featuring a large balcony perfect for starting the day with an outdoor breakfast. Just a two-minute walk away, you will find bars, restaurants, and local services. You will find all the comforts of home at your disposal (air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, hairdryer, ...) for a carefree stay. We provide all the necessary bed linen for your stay, with the exception of towels.
Valenzano is a small medieval village of 18,000 inhabitants with a charming historic center and a strategic location. Just a few steps from the apartment, you will find restaurants, steakhouses, pizzerias, grocery stores, and everything you need to make your stay comfortable and pleasant.
