The apartment, refurbished in 2025, offers a king-size double bedroom, a living room with sofabed, a separated kitchen and bathroom. Bari Airport is just a 15-minute drive away, and Giovinazzo is the perfect base for exploring both the northern and southern parts of Bari. Known for its laid-back charm, the town offers a true glimpse into everyday Apulian life. 🅿️ Free public parking is available nearby. 🌅 Upon request and subject to availability, guests can access a stunning rooftop terrace with view on Mar Adriatico — ideal for relaxing after the beach or enjoying a sunset drink. 🌿 Sustainability and a love for nature are central to the house. You'll be surrounded by greenery and typical Apulian plants, just like in a traditional local home.
Mariateresa will welcome the guests in a warm, family-friendly environment. She lives with her partner, daughter, and grandson in the same building and is always happy to offer travel tips and local insights. Her son, who lives abroad, has played a key role in helping launch this hospitality project. Mariateresa is a devoted mother and grandmother who has been taking care of her grandparents’ home for decades. She works as a software specialist in telecommunications, but her true passion is hospitality, cooking, and sharing her culture. 🍝 Upon request, traditional Apulian cooking classes can be arranged for guests.
