AVD Residence Palma is our new Guest House at the outskirts of Udine, a cozy, comfortable and very quiet place near the Ledra River. Inside No. 8 our guests will enjoy an unforgettable experience. The attic apartment, 90 m2 can accomadate up to 6 people. In the Palma bedroom, you will have access to a double bed and 2 single beds. The comfortable open-space living room has a fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, Bialetti coffee percolator, induction cooktop, dishwasher, and more) and a double sofa bed, where you can relax in front of a good book or watching a movie. Large bathroom with toiletries and a shower box. Smoking area only outside on the shared patio. We are pleased to host you in our new AVD Residence Palma home. Please Note: The property, unfortunately, is NOT have accessible for people with disabilities (presence of stairs). RULES: Any disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside. No parties allowed No entry of unauthorized persons will be allowed. Pets are not allowed.
