From a modern and functional renovation of an ancient building in the heart of the historic center of Alcamo, the B&B Garibaldi was born, which takes its name from the well-known General, who stayed here for the night before reaching Calatafimi, as recalled by a marble plaque affixed on the facade of the building. Upon entering, you immediately overlook a large courtyard characterized by the typical Arab-made "balates".

Alcamo is an Italian town of 45 374 inhabitants in the province of Trapani in Sicily. It is located on the border with the metropolitan city of Palermo, at a distance of about 50 km from both Palermo and Trapani. It stands at the foot of Monte Bonifato. At about 6 km there is the free beach of Alcamo Marina, full of beaches and restaurants, a little further on we find Castellammare Del Golfo where it is possible to visit the Zingaro nature reserve
