Your hosts are Laura, Flavia and three wonderful dogs: Trilli, Maya and Ludovica. Laura is the chef of our home restaurant: she welcomes guests like family, cooks traditional recipes and turns every dish into an authentic experience. Flavia is your guide in the woods and in the stories: she leads guests during truffle hunts with our dogs and welcomes you at the B&B and in the Home Restaurant. Trilli, the mom, is the experienced one, with a perfect nose. Maya, the daughter, is pure energy and natural talent. Ludo, rescued from a shelter, is the youngest: she’s learning the art of truffle hunting… but for now she still prefers eating them! Together we form a small world made of nature, hospitality and a deep passion for truffles. From this energy come our B&B, the home restaurant “Il Borgo del Tartufo”, the truffle hunts, the cooking classes, our blogs and our podcasts. Here we don’t just offer activities — we create real experiences, lived in nature and told with heart.
