Property info

The structure has been completely renovated and automated to make your stay more comfortable. Please note that an internet connection on your mobile phone is required for your first entry. The room has a maximum capacity of two people, and it is ideal for any type of traveler. It offers every comfort, making it suitable for single travelers, couples, and friends. A Queen Size bed is available, and the room is furnished with a flat-screen HD TV, a refrigerator, full Wi-Fi signal, air conditioning, a smart working table, and breakfast. There is a spacious bathroom, exclusively for guests, equipped with a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries (including hand soap, body wash, and shampoo). The absence of a bidet has allowed us to gain space and make it more comfortable. In addition to towels of various sizes, you will find bed linens and various amenities to make your stay unforgettable. To complete the picture, we leave the best for last... a large window with a 180-degree view of the urban center of Cefalù, its sea, and its sunsets. The structure is a safe space for people from all minority and marginalized groups. I welcome guests of all ethnicities, faiths, genders, and sexual orientations. Please note: We do not have reserved parking spaces. "Apartment superior" being an independent solution with a private kitchen, as indicated in the listing, does not include breakfast service, not even for an additional fee. ALSO NOT ALL ROOMS HAVE A SEA VIEW

Practically in the centre - 500 meters from the train station; - 300 meters at the entrance to the historic centre; - 500 meters from the beach; - 450 meters paid car park; - 200 meters from supermarkets, restaurants, pubs. I would like to inform you that the indicated area is not within a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). Therefore, no specific authorizations or permits are required to access or transit through this area.
