In Pescara (Abruzzo - Italy), in the heart of the city, 150 metres from the sea, in a small period building of only 2 floors, you will find your elegant, spacious, bright and cosy 100sqm holiday-home, recently renovated and with excellent east/south/west exposure. Located on the second floor, the gracious entrance leads to the large living room (40sqm) with elegant open kitchen and comfortable double sofa-bed. The external sound-proofing double-glazed PVC windows allow access to a comfortable balcony with partial sea view. In addition to the laundry service, which can be managed independently, in the apartment there are 2 bathrooms with large shower cubicle inside equally large double bedrooms (25sq. metres each). Independent heating with aluminium radiators powered by methane, air conditioning with inverter, armoured entrance door and wi-fi TV.
