Hello, we opened the b&b in 2003 because we like to host people from all over the world. I am Lorenzo, I have a degree in History and a degree in Philosophy. I have written two books on contemporary history with a political and social theme. I am also a journalist registered with the Order of Genoa. I like books and animals and of course travel. I'm a vegetarian

Property info

Simple and informal B&B in the Ligurian countryside half an hour from the sea. The rooms are made in medieval settings and all have reserved bathrooms. The atmosphere is old style, the amenities are essential. Free kitchen use

Neighborhood info

Nature is the value of this place. Silence and clean air make Cassagna interesting for those who want to be at peace. Long walks are possible for trekking lovers, even a full day. The books you find in the bed & breakfast are mostly printed by independent publishers. Then there's the sea of course, a 30-minute drive from the b&b. They are 17 km challenging, with many turns and hairpin bends. But the road, however narrow in the last 4 km, is all perfectly paved and without potholes. After 22 years of activity we realized that the perceived difficulty depends on the individual aptitude for driving :-)
