Welcome to Bandiera Urban House, a modern and elegant apartment designed to offer comfort and convenience throughout your stay. Located on the first floor of a semi-independent house, the apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and features two bedrooms: one double bedroom and a second bedroom with a single bed that can be converted into a double bed. Both rooms are equipped with wardrobes and air conditioning. The bright open-plan living area includes a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a dining table. The fully equipped kitchen features an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, Bialetti capsule coffee machine, cookware, and all the utensils needed to prepare meals independently. The apartment also offers two balconies: one accessible from the living area, furnished with a small table and chairs, and a private balcony connected to the second bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries including hand soap, shampoo, and body wash.
