Nestled in the tranquillity of the Lucanian countryside, BasicNature is a cosy cottage designed for those seeking a holiday characterised by simplicity and a connection with nature. The cottage comprises a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms: one double and one triple (with a double bed and a single bed), sleeping a total of five people. Don’t miss the chance to visit the nearby Masseria La Marchesa, which offers free guided tours and tastings of local specialities, including the renowned Lucanian buffalo mozzarella. Also we have plenty of wineyard and Aglianico wine is very good, I can reccomand some local wine cellar to visit. The rooms are equipped with stoves to keep them warm during the winter months. To ensure there is enough hot water for all guests, we ask that you use it sparingly, given the boiler’s limited capacity. Outside, the house opens onto a fully fenced garden, perfect for those travelling with children or pets. Pets are welcome for a small supplement, so that they too can enjoy their stay in the countryside. Located in Lavello, in Basilicata, BasicNature is an ideal base for exploring an authentic region, with its rural landscapes, farming traditions and warm local hospitality. It is also possible to arrive and park a campervan.

I welcome myslef the guests in y farmhouse whenever is possible and I am in town. I like to provide all comforts and tips/advises about the neighbourhood and all activites available in the area. If you need to eat some local food and/or specialits or taste the Aglianico wine, do not hesitate to ask me.

Located in the countryside near the village of Lavello in Basilicata, the farmhouse is ideally situated for reaching the coast on the Apulian side – Margherita di Savoia (BAT) is 35 km away – or for seeking respite on the nearby Monticchio, an ancient volcano some 30 km away.
