The crown jewel of Casa Serena is its private heated pool, where you can swim, sunbathe, or simply soak up the panoramic views of the Tuscan hills. Step straight from the living room onto the scenic terrace and into the pool area—perfect for long summer days, al fresco dining, or relaxing evenings under the stars. Inside, the casa offers five comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms spread across the upper two floors. A spiral staircase connects these levels to the ground floor, where you’ll find a cozy living room, a small kitchen, and a dining area. Please note that the spiral staircase may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility or motor difficulties. The property includes several short-term rental units. While Casa Serena, its outdoor seating area, and the pool are for your exclusive use, some shared spaces—such as the driveway and certain areas of the grounds—may be accessed by other guests. The casa is perched on a mountain, and access includes a steep drive—but the breathtaking setting makes the journey worthwhile. Additional amenities include air conditioning, free WiFi, and private parking. Well-behaved pets are also welcome. This is a non-smoking property.
