Hi, I am Tommaso, the owner of the facility; I have recently renovated the entire building in a completely eco-friendly manner, thus respecting the environment and offering our guests maximum comfort. For example, the solar thermal system supplies all the rooms with hot water at all times. The structure is located in the centre of Valderice, but thanks to its internal location it is very quiet. The hydrofoil departure point for the islands is only 10 km away and the seaside area is only 3 km away, (Cornino, Lido Valderice), 30 km to San Vito Lo Capo, 7 km to Erice Vetta and 20 km to Scopello and the famous Faraglioni of Castellammare del Golfo. The structure consists of a comfortable entrance hall, 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are triple with en-suite bathroom where there is a large shower tray, and a double bedroom and kitchen. All the mattresses are orthopaedic and the pillows hypoallergenic. Additional amenities include: soundproof doors; a complete set of bath sponges and a set of bed linen for each guest; air conditioning; unlimited high-speed WI FI connection; a hob; Italian breakfast and a smart TV in each bedroom. It is also possible to check in from the app at any time, since entry into the flat is fully automated.
