This charming guesthouse is strategically located in Castellammare del Golfo, very close to the historic center (10 min walking)and just 2km from the town's main sandy beach called "Playa beach". The first floor features: -a double bedroom whit a private bathroom and balcony -a triple bedroom whit a private bathroom and balcony. The second floor offers another triple bedroom whit a private bathroom and balcony, and a shared breakfast/dining room whit a covered terrace and sea views. The rooms include: air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a minifridge. Pets are welcome. The house is located 500 meters from the historic center of Castellammare del Golfo, an area whit all amenities and close to all the town's most characteristic sites . The tourist post called Cala Marina is also nearby. Free on-street parking is always available, right below the property!

The area is located near the most beautiful touristic destinations and beaches of Castellammare del Golfo such as Scopello, a very visited village thanks to its magnificent Stacks in the middle of the sea and the Tunnary, and the famous Natural Reserve of Zingaro. It has a very advantageous position as it is only 5 km away from these places. Nearby, just 35 minutes away, you can also visit the Doric Temple and the Greek Theater of Segesta or the town of Erice, with its beautiful Main Church and the Castle of Venus. you can also visit the multiethnic city of Panormus, named Capital of the Culture of 2018, and the city of Monreale embellished with the Bizantine Mosaics of its Duomo.
