The apartment is equipped with every comfort: independent air conditioning in all bedrooms, fast and stable free Wi-Fi throughout, latest-generation 32" Smart TVs in the bedrooms, security in the building's common areas, 24-hour video surveillance, orthopedic and hypoallergenic mattresses, 100% pure Italian cotton sheets, soft and warm blankets for a peaceful and comfortable sleep, double-glazed/soundproofed bedrooms, and a simple and elegant atmosphere for a stay marked by pleasure and relaxation. The apartment is divided into two separate bedrooms, a private bathroom, and a kitchen, as well as a small work area, making it ideal for families, couples, and business travelers.

More than as a landlord, I like to think I can represent for all the guests of the structure, a friend, perhaps an old one, who can lead them, step by step, to discover the most beautiful city in the world. Yes, the most beautiful of all because it has nothing to envy to any of the big cities in terms of history, culture, artistic and landscape beauties but even more because it represents, even just for its language ...... a world aside ...... everything to be experienced and shared.

The area features three banks, a post office, a Conad supermarket (50 meters away), and numerous clothing and footwear shops, as well as the historic "Carminiello" pizzeria, (150 mt away ) where you can enjoy fantastic Neapolitan pizza and Italian-style fried specialtiesThere are also two restaurants where you can enjoy our traditional cuisine, both within walking distance (200 meters from the property)For the tranquility of our guests, we would like to point out that our structure is located in front of the State Police Headquarters and surrounded by numerous bars. Our property is just a few minutes from the airport and offers transfers to and from the airport for guests traveling to our vacation home.
