BIG Sabaudia is a structure completed five years ago, consists of three apartments furnished for the holidays. The apartments are brand new, very clean, provided with linens for the beds and for the bathrooms, which are changed weekly. For stays in the winter months, duvets are provided. The apartments are particularly suitable for a family or two couples of friends, who can combine a very comfortable accommodation, with savings on meals, thanks to the availability of a real kitchen. The modern furniture is largely IKEA. RATES INCLUDE EVERYTHING: cleaning, consumption, taxes, etc. (except for any additional cleaning). The apartments are located in a central and quiet area. On the same square there is a well-stocked supermarket, open in summer H24, and some shops. The apartments are very comfortable, equipped with excellent sound and heat insulation, have a good air conditioning system, heating, WIFI and a parking slot in the private courtyard. You go to the beach with the shuttle bus that stops under the house, or by car or by bike.

I am an engineer and professor of high school. Recently I renovated a portion of a building that I had inherited. My family lived there and I was born and raised myself. The intervention was important: I redid the staircase and roof, rearranged the interior spaces, obtaining 3 comfortable apartments. After investing so much, I also took the opportunity to start this activity of managing holiday apartments, which combines well with the tourist potential of SABAUDIA.

Sabaudia is probably the most beautiful seaside resort in Lazio, perhaps in the whole of central Italy. It is famous in Italy, because frequented by many VIP of entertainment, sport and politics. Its most characteristic places (the beach, the Mount Circeo profile, the Tower Paola), are recognized in many italian films and commercials. It is very family friendly (a nice playground for the kids, lots of green and lots of space for walking) and for those seeking tranquility. The guys socialize at the beach or walking through streets, pubs and bars. The main attraction, in midsummer, is the sea. In other seasons: nature (bird-watching, walking in the Circeo National Park, pick mushrooms) and the practice of sports (rowing, sailing, surfing, horse riding, cycling). It has a wonderful beach of golden sand, 19 km long well, where there are dozens of beach resorts for all tastes. It has a very clean sea and boasts the BLUE FLAG, uninterrupted for 17 years! The town has little traffic, THERE IS NO EVEN A TRAFFIC LIGHT! Given the very small distances, it turns well on bike, on foot and with the stroller.
