Cozy and warm two-room apartment on the ground floor with private parking space and small front garden; ease of unloading ski equipment. The apartment is ideal for those who love skiing. Located at the beginning of the hairpin bends that lead to the Polle ski resort and from there all the connections for the whole Cimone ski area depart. The Polle ski lifts can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. The area is very quiet and peaceful, with very little traffic. The property: Completely renovated two-room apartment on the ground floor composed of a large living room with sofa bed and wardrobe, kitchenette, fireplace, bathroom with window and bedroom with double bed and single bed (170 cm mattress). In the master bedroom there is a 32 inch TV with connected SKY decoder, so all the channels are visible in the clear (without card) and bringing only the card you will see all the channels of your subscription. Parking space adjacent to the apartment and small private garden on the front, Easy to unload ski equipment

The town of Riolunato can also be reached on foot or with a few minutes by car, in the village you can find bars, grocery stores, pastry shops and restaurants. The apartment is located in a street with very low traffic, extremely quiet and peaceful, on the front there is also a green area where children can play in peace. At the back of the house directly the forest accessible with small paths With a 10 minute drive you can also reach the nearby village of Fiumalbo. Riding school, swimming pool and trekking are activities that you can find in the immediate vicinity
