Bisos means “ Dreams” in Sardinian language, the owner's dream of transforming the old family home into an eco-sustainable hotel. Bisos is the perfect example that eco-sustainability and modern comfort can go hand in hand and that technology can be what most helps sustainability , infact the building has become a Nearly Zero Energy Hotel. Bisos is the only fully ecosustainable hotel in Sardinia. It offers 8 beautiful bedrooms and slow food homemade breakfast. All rooms are decorated with local antiques and local crafts. Guests can also enjoy a Social Dinner if they feel like sharing a meal with the locals. Bisos is a partner of a “Sardinian Eco-tourism net”. Why should a guest spend a holiday in Bisos? The Hotel is in the heart of Sardinia, within 30 to 40 km from (beautiful )sea and mountains. Bisos also organises hikingin in nature, bike tours with guide or if you wish to rent a MB you can go by yourself. If you love Archeology , thre is the Archeological area of Santa Cristina, is about 6 km away it hosts the famous prehistoric sacred well. It is even possible to have cooking classes : to learn how to make Pane Pintau, Fresh Pasta and traditional Sardinian sweets. Pane Pintau is a traditional decorated bread, typical of Paulilatino. It is made on a special occasion on weddings to wish the couple an happy future and an happy wedding.
