I love to be a host and share a glass of my own wine with my guest. I love to travel and to learn about the art of hosting. I am married with Patrizia and we have 2 grown children . I speak fluently English and Russian and I know some French and Spanish

Property info

Borgo Casa al Vento is a medieval hamlet in one of the most secret place of the chianti region. Our boutique winery is always open to our guests. All rooms and apartments are surrounded by our own vineyards and olive grove trees. We have our own restaurant open every day preparing authentic express food. One of the main feature is the wine bath, an intimate and romantic experience to share with your partner. All rooms are particular and they are all different one from the other. One of the garden suite has a round bed made of wooden beam and the view from the window is spectacular. In the same room there is a private garden where guests can enjoy a large and private outdoor whirlpool (only from April to October) There are 2 pools and a small lake with some goat, hens and cocks, swans and goosy. Casa al Vento is a gorgeous winery producing a fine Chianti Classico labelled with the name Aria and a Riserva named Foho. During the pick up season (october) guests are welcome to vjoin our team and pick up with us some grapes.

Gaiole in Chianti is a small village surrounded by vineyards . Gaiole is one of the three villages that are famouse because of the Chianti wine (Gaiole , Radda and Castellina). The three villages make together the golden triangle of the chianti classico region.
