Very nice farmhouse of the end of 1700 (already surveyed in the first cadastre of the Granducato of Tuscany in 1812) consists of two apartments with independent entrance and well separated, “La Loggia” and “Il Forno”,The latter, in turn, is divided into two Units: "Il Forno - First Floor" and "Il Forno - Ground Floor", which can be rented separately. The " Forno Ground Floor" is recently built (2015). All apartments are furnished with great care and respect for Tuscan tradition, with characteristic wooden beamed ceilings. Outer space, a real park bigger than 3 acres, allowing guests to each apartment to be able to isolate in perfect tranquility and enjoy in a "heart space", also includes a nice pool whose use is restricted to guests, with chairs and umbrellas, as well as tables and chairs. Very quiet and relaxing, ideal for families or groups of friends who want to maintain their privacy.
The villa is located in a beautiful location in the heart of Montagnola, a beautiful hilly and wooded zone declared "Site of Importance" by the European Community (EC), only 10 km and few minutes drive from the center of Siena and is located in close proximity of the famous "Via Francigena", (the old road that pilgrims of northern Europe were to go to Rome and that crosses the whole of Tuscany all the Tuscan way has been recently mapped ) with the possibility of beautiful walks starting directly from the house. Ideal for those who want a peaceful holiday and relaxation.
