The person in charge of your check-in will contact you using the phone number provided in your reservation to arrange your arrival directly with you. They will show you the property and hand over the keys. - Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM - Check-out: by 10:00 AM As this is a private apartment and not a hotel, there is no 24-hour reception or on-site staff. We kindly ask you to inform the PMC representative of your expected arrival time, and to keep them updated of any changes as early as possible, so they can arrive on time to welcome you. If you have any questions, need information, or require assistance during your stay, you can always contact PMC through the portal messaging system or reach out to the person assisting you with check-in. We will be happy to help. PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to issue invoices or any type of fiscal receipt. If you are travelling for business, please make sure before booking that the Booking reservation confirmation is sufficient for your expense reimbursement requirements. POSSIBLE EXTRA CHARGES AT CHECK-IN 1) Additional Guests If more guests stay in the apartment than those declared in the reservation, an additional charge of 20euro per night for each extra guest will apply. 2) Late or Early Check-in / Check-out Early check-in (before 3:00 PM) and late check-in (between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM) are often available upon prior arrangement and subject to an additional fee starting from 30euro, payable directly to the person handling your check-in. 3) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of 2euro/day per person (up to 10 nights). Children up to the age of 12 are exempt. The tax will be collected in cash upon arrival. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, if we are able to accommodate the request, the additional fee will be higher.

The highlight of the property is its private wellness area, available by reservation, where you can unwind in the heated swimming pool (5 MINS WALK OR 30 SEC BY CAR FROM THE APARTMENT), maintained at around 30°C all year round. The pool also features a counter-current swimming system, perfect both for relaxation and for those who wish to exercise. You can also enjoy a rejuvenating sauna or work out in the gym. The pool is open daily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Upon request, you can book an exclusive illuminated evening swim under the stars from 9:00 PM to midnight, creating a truly unique and memorable experience. The property also features a small sports/play area and spacious green areas where you can relax. The apartment is not equipped with air conditioning but includes a fan for your comfort. Pets are welcome. A maximum of two small or medium-sized pets is allowed, with a supplement of 5euro per pet, per day.
